Reflections

I have another piece of music related news. The LORD led me to put together an album of seven songs that I either didn’t feel 100% happy with or didn’t have an opportunity to release.

I came up with the name ‘Withheld’ for the album, as I held back from releasing and promoting these songs. There are quite a few acoustic songs on the album and some experimental songs as well. It’s a very diverse album.

This is an album which I would describe as ‘highly vulnerable’. There are imperfections in some of the songs, but nevertheless, they are all songs that I felt passionate about recording. Ironically, despite the imperfections, the album contains some of my best musical work.

‘Withheld’, as well as all of my other music releases are available as digital downloads exclusively through StevenColborne.com on a ‘pay as you wish’ basis.
