Self-care, Self-harm and Jesus

How do you make time for self-care?

We need to talk about self-harm as well as self care. Sometimes, we take on the sins of others by harming ourselves, which from the perspective of Jesus is a loving thing and not something to be ashamed of. Also, in our fallen world, the deceptive spirit of Satan attacks us on a daily basis, so self-care is important. But if we know Jesus, we are assured that He works ALL things together for good, so whether we are vaping, drinking, or repenting, self-caring or self-harming, we are doing His will. He loves us like a Father, and fathers discipline and reprove us, but they also love us unconditionally. Thanks be to God.
