Food Bank to the Rescue!

Friends,

Today, I received a delivery from my local food bank. This will allow me to keep afloat nutritionally for the next week at least. When I receive these food parcels it always makes me feel so thankful, and prompts me to remember that God is Jehovah-Jireh (The LORD Will Provide).

I’m celebrating with a cup of tea, appreciating the luxury of having some milk and sugar to sweeten it.

Next up today, a mental health and accommodation related meeting and a telephone call with the doctor. I’m feeling positive!

God bless 🙂

Steven

  1. Glad to hear it. Food Banks are wonderful. My neighbors (nine people living (two families) in a two bedroom condo) use them to feed their six children. We help them with the rent.
