It’s very strange to think
You are experiencing
The fullness of your reality
Right now.

Now unfolds forever.

Yet when we reflect and remember
We seem to have a life story.

But is the story real?

How do you know your memories
Reflect a past that really happened?

How do you know your memories
Aren’t creating your past
Rather than recalling it?

There’s a beauty in scars
Because they tell us
‘That really happened’.
